What makes you different?
We’re so glad you asked this question. First, our founder has an extensive background in theatre, education, and social media. What does this mean for you? This means that all of our social media efforts are story driven. We want your social media to tell your story. Why does storytelling matter? It helps your fans get to know the real and authentic you. So many people are concerned about image, but we are concerned with communicating why you do what you do and how you do it. This is how you tell your story. This is an image of sorts, but it is one that will resonate with your people. If a vibe attracts a tribe then we wouldn’t want anything less than for your tribe to see you.
Second, we are a data-driven service. This means we are guided by analysis to help us better understand what is working and not working for your brand and your fans. Some brands connect with their fans better on one platform than another. We use data to help us determine what platform we should be using, what type of content we should be sharing, and what ways your audience will best understand your story.
Do you require a contract?
We require a minimum 3-month contract with a 30-day termination notice. It takes time to make changes and extend a brand’s social media reach. We want to show you that the SisterChicks are here to help you build a brand that your fans will love and that will last.
Is there a minimum and maximum time you recommend to use your service for?
We recommend a minimum of six months to fully see what we can bring to your social media platforms. Pinterest, in particular, is a platform that moves slowly and a six-month window allows us to see what works for your brand and tweak it to perform optimally.
How do you choose what to post?
What we post depends on entirely on your brand and your ideal fan base. For example, if your idea client avatar (ICA) is a stay-at-home mom on a budget we are going to pin things that are relevant to her life. This might include easy and quick to make recipes, activities that she can do inexpensively, ways she can take care of herself, etc. In contrast, if your ICA is a member of the Baby Boomer generation we would do things differently. We’d consider what their age and career is like. If they’re looking to retire. We want to showcase things that inspire them. What kind of life they dream of having, etc. We want to help you reach your fans and help them see how your brand fits into their life.
To help ease this transition when you onboard with us your Brand Specialist will take you through your brand in detail. This will happen in a variety of ways and will help us develop a comprehensive understanding of who uses your products or services and who your brand will appeal too. We will also talk to you about what you provide and why. WE SPECIALIZE IN HELPING YOU TELL YOUR STORY BY SHOWING THE REAL AND AUTHENTIC YOU.
Can’t I run my social media by myself?
You can! We will be offering courses developed by the SisterChicks and courses through our partners. We made the decision to send you to the best courses possible. Sometimes that means we’ll build one, and sometimes that means we’ll refer you elsewhere. Our goal is to you towards the best course for your time and money no matter who created it. You can and should develop the skills to be a knowledgeable consumer and user of social media. However, at a certain point, your time is better spent elsewhere. You should be creating content, providing and developing services, and finding and creating new products. By placing your social media in our hands, you’ll be able to put your focus on the work that only you can do. We can help you tell your story. This will put time back into your business and allow you to spend more time with your family and friends.
Do you create images and content?
Yes, we do! It is part of our Social Media Services.
